Sonia Bracegirdle, DPhil
Senior Vice President Strategy and Operations
Sonia Bracegirdle currently serves as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Operations at PepGen. Born in New Zealand, Sonia moved to the UK to undertake her undergraduate studies in Natural Sciences at the University of Cambridge. She then completed a DPhil (PhD) in Organic Chemistry at the University of Oxford. Sonia subsequently worked for McKinsey & Company and the Boston Consulting Group in Melbourne and London respectively, where she was primarily engaged in projects within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. A role at Syncona – a biotech venture capital firm – followed, before Sonia joined the PepGen team upon spinout in 2018.
